Educa-training offers the following modes of delivery for all its IT courses:
1. On-site lessons
One-to-one lessons and lessons in small groups at our customers' workplace, tailored towards the needs, level and business sector or interests of the students, with a class size of no more than 10, based on a set of objectives to be achieved or goals to be reached.
2. Telephone Lessons
In our work we use an innovative and effective methodology in teaching IT by telephone. For people who need special support, this service is an ideal way of complementing lessons without having to travel or lose time. With this service the minimum call duration is 5 minutes, but there is no maximum time limit. The customer decides what time the call will take place and how long it will last. The content of the phone calls is specific to each student, based on his/her needs and objectives.
3. Technical support by email or chat
Technical support by email or chat, tailored to the needs, the level and the business sector or interests of the customer. The content of the emails is designed to suit each individual student, according to his/her needs and objectives.
