Our Methodology

Our methodology is based on a continuous interaction between you as a customer, the IT Department of Educa-training and our  team of trainers.

 

From the first contact, Educa-training works closely with our clients to get a thorough understanding of the training goals and objectives. Based on these objectives, Educa-training develops a tailored study plan and selects one or several teachers who carry out the plan and ensure that our customers achieve their goals.

 

The key to the success of our method resides in:

 

  • The nature of our method, which varies according to the objectives of each company and each customer, which always takes into account the nature of each specific case and which aims to work with the customer until he/she is satisfied that the objectives have been achieved.

  • The training of our teaching staff. As well as being university graduates or holding an officially recognised certificate, every one of our teachers is carefully selected so that we know he/she is a colleague who works according our philosophy, which is based on objectives.

  • The individual attention which each customer receives, depending on his/her own way of learning.

Our assessment of the initial level. With one-to-one lessons or lessons in groups, we assess the level of each of our customers and monitor their progress. All customers receive the teaching material that enables them to follow the lesson without difficulty and revise and practise afterwards.
