Our methodology is based on a constant interaction between you as a customer, the Education Department of Educa-training and our team of trainers.

Form the very first day, Educa-training works closely with the student to get a thorough understanding of the customer's goals and priorities. Depending on these objectives, Educa-training develops a tailored study plan and selects one or a number of teachers to follow the plan through and get our customers to achieve their goals.

The key to the success of our method resides in:

• The nature of our method, which varies according to the objectives of each company and each customer, which always takes into account the nature of each specific case and which aims to work with the customer until he/she is satisfied that the objectives have been achieved.

• The training of our teaching staff. As well as being university graduates, native speakers of the languages they teach, or holding an officially recognised languages teaching qualification, every one of our teachers is carefully selected so that we know he/she is a colleague who works according our philosophy, which is based on objectives. 

• The individual attention which each customer receives, depending on his/her mother tongue and his/her own way of learning.

• Our specially selected teaching material, prepared for different levels, which guarantees that students learn and that they make fast progress.

Our assessment of students' initial levels. With one-to-one lessons or lessons in groups, the levels of every customer are assessed and their progress is measured. Each customer receives the teaching material that enables him/her to follow the lesson with ease and revise and practise afterwards.

The levels which Educa-training works by are based on the levels of  an already well-established reference model, the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. This is the reference model now used throughout Europe. It makes possible standard and precise comparisons in relation to the different languages and the progress of our customers.
