Principles and Methodology

We respect our customers as experts in their lives and in their jobs. We see each customer as a whole person, with creative skills and initiative of their own for deciding his/her future.

Based on these fundamental principles, our responsibilities as trainers are:

 
  • * To discover, clarify and define what the customer wants to achieve

  • * To select and provide the coach best suited to each customer

Through the coach:

 
  • * To stimulate the customer's experience of self-discovery

  • * To get the customer to produce his/her own solutions and strategies.

  • * To ensure the customer retains a responsible attitude, in accordance with his/her own principles

In each session, our clients choose the topic and fix the objectives while the coach listens and contributes with observations and questions. This interactive method creates transparency and motivates our customers into acting. By providing a better focus and making the client more aware of the choices he/she has, coaching  accelerates progress towards the objectives. As a starting point we take the current circumstances of our customers and we focus on what the customer is prepared to do to reach the point where he/she wants to be in the future, emphasising the fact that any result depends on the intentions, choices and actions of the person, supported by the coach's efforts and by applying the method learnt.
