Certified in Ontological Coaching by the European Coaching School. Holds the Spanish "Licenciatura" university degree in Business Studies and Master of Business Administration from the ESADE School of Business. Also holds a "Licenciatura" in Educational Science from the University of Barcelona. Postgraduate degree, also completed at ESADE, in Administration of Intellectual Capital.  Through a coaching process, guides managers, professionals and entrepreneurs who wish to give their professional career a fresh start. As an entrepreneur she has started businesses within the educational sector. She works in the Department of Human Resources of ESADE in the LEAD (Leadership Assessment and Development) Programme for assessing and developing management skills. Mireia has, for 15 years, been a manager of the Bosch-Gimpera Foundation of the University de Barcelona. She is member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and the  International Coach Federation in Spain (ICF España)

Carries out his work by helping with transition processes within teams, by means of maximum impact measures. Toni has been professor of Behavioural Studies at Roman Llull University and for 9 years has been manager of the Human Resources Department of a nationwide consultancy company.
